There’s many different filters and machines to make coffee. But what is easy and tastes good for both Vietnamese and Espresso ??

We took this type of filter on our busy trip and found it both balanced in taste, and very easy.

How easy?

1- Place Filter on top of glass

2- Put 4 heaped teaspoons of coffee in filter (Fine Grind)

3- Pour boiling water in circular motion into filter until full

4- Let drip through for 3 mins

Easy !
