King motorbike tours (Vuong Tours) has guided 1000s of happy Aussie travellers over the past 12 years.
Vuong is based in Hanoi, but does tours from top to bottom of Vietnam.
When I first met him in my travels he was somewhere up in the highlands in a small town bordering Laos.
That was 8 years ago when I was on an independent tour doing our own things. Back then everyone was going on the standard small scooters .

Vuongs motorbike fleet has been upgraded several times since then, and you can now ride one of his new 2023 model Honda XR150CC and CRF300.
Much more comfortable for larger people and better suspension for the rough roads.
2023 sees new routes available, along with tours from Saigon or Hanoi.
